Return policy
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
Would you like to return a product? No worries, you can return all items within 14 days. Please make sure that the products are unused, unopened and in the original packaging.
Please send an email notifying us of the return or exchange to info@defensesoap.eu.
When returning one or more items, please also add a note with your name and order number. In case you would like to exchange the product, please add the relevant product name. All returns should be decently packed to avoid any damages during transportation.
Returns that are damaged or lost cannot be processed by us. As soon as the order arrived in our warehouse, we strive to process your return within 7 working days. The costs of returning the product are on behalf of the customer. If you want to exchange a product, we will send it back to you without any additional shipping costs.
